职位介绍: Responsibilities: Responsibility of Technical Product management with the hardware team. Focus on business development support, quote preparation, hardware trend mapping and road mapping process facilitation and programming ATD/MSD. Key responsibilities: 1. Daily Management the technical product mgt team 2. Interface with the customers on product specification for display, tracking and software solutions to support the business development team 3. Preparation of customer quotes with development cost and mass production pricing based on business model 4. Establish SoW (statement of work) for proof of concept (PoC) to guide the internal and external deliverables 5. Align internally the technical concepts to provide the best solution for the customer. 6. Develop of the display product roadmap based on customer inputs and display market trends. 7. Manage effectively with the TPdM team the customer interface in direct collaboration with the account mgr. 8. Manage the definition of the tech roadmap and organize quarterly roadmap reviews with all stakeholders. 9. Coach his direct subordinates Requirements: 1. Experience in leading display and/or system product mgt team 2. Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve bold goals. 3. Can effectively work cross-functionally to build consensus and drive results. 4. Prepared to adjust working time in order to keep the planning as committed towards the internal and external customer. 5. Experience to transform an organization from a startup into a global organization setting the display product strategy. 6. Deep background in product mgt and road mapping 7. Willingness to travel to customer location, mainly China
