职位介绍: IE & Lean Expert /Manager 精益经理欧洲高端卫浴公司工作地点：上海松江（有班车提供）要求： 1. 至少8年相关精益生产/流程优化项目经验 2. 具有推动力和影响力，推动内部优化，达成降本增效 3. 英语流利，需要直接和国外总部汇报和沟通 4. 生产制造企业工作背景，有汽车行业/电子行业背景优先考虑 ROLE PURPOSE In the mission of transforming company towards a Lean Organization, the IE - Lean Expert /Manager is supposed to 1. Build the same focus: Lead lean roadmap within company for medium, Annual CIP focus alignment per each value stream for short term, initiate cross-functional, cross-site Kaizen Workshops for specific focus accordingly. 2. Create company best practice: Hands on the Lean production concept design just at the phase for new projects introduction to company with concept of “First time right.” 3. Multiply the best practice by standardized process & methods: Run pilot projects for the prioritized high potential to explore targeted lean condition, then standardized to HGSJ methods/ procedure together with stake holder with overall “Customer to Customer” horizon to reduce the lead time for project development and order fulfillment. 4. Organization Lean enabler: Responsible for internal lean training, build up local capabilities through deliverables, business impact and mindset change, build up the CIP system to lever the employees “want” and “Pull” to improve continuously. 5. Networking and multiply the best practice in whole organization: Connect company closely to HG HQ and Masco Lean Light house. ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Establish lean roadmap for company together with process owner with overall “customer to customer” scope with the lean expertise and company business insights with benchmarking of lighthouses. 2. Have the insights for the current prioritized wastes or issues in value stream analysis & build up the aligned targeted condition in value stream design, and top projects in each value stream and each support functions in yearly basis. 3. Build up the production concept – long term planning for overall lean production process, inbound and outbound logistic, and information flows in long term, and short term for lean process design in cell/line ? workshop 4. Supply chain and to be implemented in all NPI projects. 5. Hands on the experiments for pilot projects for the identified high potential and create the best practice in Global 6. Support the process owners to rollout the planned CIP priorities to secure the I4I (cost excellence) target achievement with systematic Lean mythology. 7. Standardize or act the methods and process from the successful pilot project together with process owners. 8. Build up the process for policy deployment process and continuous improvement procedure aimed all employee involved system continuous improvement. 9. Build-up/optimize SFM (Shop Floor Management) platform to next levels both for direct area and in-direct area to monitor the daily execution for improvement & coaching. 10. Organize the required trainings based on targeted production system and roadmaps. 11. Moderate some workshops for brainstorming. 12. Work closely with the Masco global Lean community to learn, share and leverage best practices locally and across our global manufacturing network. Requirements on knowledge & skills: Knowledge: 1. Bachelor/ master’s degree with no less than 8 years’ experience in Manufacturing environment (e.g. process, engineering), has a general understanding of technical topics (through technical background or job experience). 2. Good English skills both oral and written. 3. Lean or Six Sigma Certification 4. Familiar with all common Lean tools & methods such as policy deployment, Value Stream Mapping, SFM, Lean Line Design, Standard Work, SMED, 5S, etc. 5. Familiar with ERP system Skills: 1. Experience in training for different target group & moderate the workshop. 2. Experience in continuous improvement project management experience. 3. Great networking skills, able to work at multiple levels of the organization, from team members on the field to Senior Managers. 4. The ability to enthuse and inspire colleagues in Lean Thinking as a business necessity. 5. Strong belief in 'walk the talk' and “Gemba Sprit” and role models. 6. Good team players.
