职位介绍: Job Responsibilities工作职责:  Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available. 制定设备日常巡检和设备维护计划，跟踪其执行的效果，确保相关标准的可适应性  Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program. 及时诊断和修复故障设备，分析根本原因，制定改善措施降低设备的MTTR, 制定相关的应急维修预案。  Instruct and training the maintenance mechanical technician on site.  定期在车间对维修技术员进行相关的技能培训  Support daily mechanical maintenance work.  协助日常的机械设备维修工作  Prepare the spare parts and other material in order to ensure the PM implementation.  负责备件及相关设备维护辅材管理，确保预防性维护的有效执行  Place spare parts purchase request according to the equipments condition and update the spare parts list in time,  负责备件的采购申请，及时更新备件清单  control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts.  控制日常易耗件的消耗  Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.  主导生产设备的持续改善工作和新设备的设计，方案优化  Complete the tasks from supervisors.  完成上级安排的其他任务 Job Requirements工作要求  Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, good English(CET-4 or above)and proficient in CAD, Solidworks  More than 5 years working experience with production equipment maintenance in manufactory, the experience in automotive industry is preferred, proficient in mechanical assembly and improvement, proficient in pneumatic-hydraulic control system.  Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process  Strong analytical and communication skill, motivate and team spirit  Able to assume risks and analyze and solve problem 1. 5年以上自动化机械设备维修及管理经验 2. 熟悉自动化设备的机械改造，维修和保养 3. 熟悉气动，液压控制系统，能看懂气动液压控制回路图 4. 熟悉简单的PLC控制原理及电气控制维修 5. 熟练掌握office、AUTOCAD和SolidWorks等三维绘图软件 6. 熟悉设备PM管理，及相关体系文件的建立 7. 有ABB或FANAC机器人的维修保养工作经验优先 8. 机械制造或相关专业大专或以上学历 9. 英文读写熟练，满足日常的工作运用
