职位介绍: • Leads the design, development and deployments of digital capabilities and systems across the company such as data acquisition, data analytics, machine connectivity and advanced controls in our manufacturing operations. • Brings strong expertise in digital manufacturing with a special focus on production scheduling and manufacturing execution areas (MOM/MES). • Collaborates with OT (Operational Technology) domain experts to ensure systems comply with company protocols and business requirements. • Lead projects which are aligned with our digital manufacturing strategy and roadmap to deliver near-term and longer-term operational improvements and business results. • Provide customer insights by researching and analyzing business requirements, and lead conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs. • Assess current state processes and tools, identify digital solutions, formulate system requirements. • Drive the simplification and automation of processes to improve production scheduling, order tracking, and production performance. • Lead the systems and tools development that include but are not limited to APS, MES, Industrial Internet, and industrial big data analytics, artificial intelligence using methodologies and technologies that is scalable and can be replicable across multiple sites. • Conduct technology scouting and developments with internal and external partners such suppliers and 3rd parties. • Cross functional collaboration with operations and supply chain functions to implement, test, and rollout the digital systems.
