职位介绍: Responsibilities Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products Manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization Partner with IT vendors/service providers to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that all capabilities were delivered on time and per expectation Monitor and evaluate product performance/feedbacks to ensure constant product iteration and improvements Requirements Passionate about technology and business, prefer to have work experience as product owner Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems Financial Industrial knowledge is a plus Skills and Abilities Fluent in English, able to work with overseas teams Ability to work under pressure and deliver before deadline. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Master degree is preferred Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS
