- Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the evaluation, construction and expansion of corresponding systems (UPW, WWT process drainage system, Scrubber system, PCW system, water supply and drainage system) according to the company's plan; 根据公司规划，负责相应系统（超纯水系统、废水处理系统、制程排放系统、工艺制程冷却水系统、给排水系统）的评估建造及扩充； 2. Responsible for docking with the needs of the company's each departments and design institutes, and perfecting the corresponding system design plan; 负责与公司各部门及设计院需求对接，完善相应系统设计方案； 3. Responsible for the arrangement of the technical document formulation, the submission of purchase applications, on-site project supervision, system test operation and completion acceptance, etc.; 负责相应系统的发包材料整理，采购申请提交，现场工程监管、系统测试运行及竣工验收等； 4. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility system, solve various problems in operation, and ensure the stable operation of the system; 负责相应系统的运行维护工作，解决运行中出现的各种问题，确保系统运行稳定； 5. According to the system equipment requirements, prepare annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly PM work plans for each system, complete the corresponding system PM work on time, and complete the check list record on time to ensure the stable operation of the system; 依据系统设备需求，编制各系统年、季、月、周PM工作计划，按时完成相应系统PM工作，并按时完成及记录归档，确保系统稳定运行; 6. Responsible for the preparation of relevant operating specifications such as Check list, SOP, etc. for the operation of each system, and train the members in the class to master various operating skills; 负责编制各系统运行的点检表、作业指导书等相关操作规范，培训课内成员掌握各项操作技能； 7. Responsible for system operation consumables, spare parts, system improvement plan evaluation, annual budget preparation and application for funding; 负责系统运行耗材、备品备件、系统改善的方案评估，年度预算编制，各项目实施及请款申请； 8. Maintain good communication with relevant government departments to ensure legal and compliant emissions. 与水务行政、环保执法、供排水等部门保持良好的沟通，确保合法合规排放。 Qualifications: 1. 2+ years experience in engineering construction project experience, relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred 2年以上的建设工程项目经验，有半导体行业相关工作经验者优先 2. Environmental engineering, water treatment, chemical engineering, chemical analysis and other related majors. Possessing an industrial wastewater treatment work permit and a hazardous chemical operation permit is preferred. More than 2 year working experience in a Class A design institute or international consulting engineering company is preferred 环境工程、水处理、化工、化学分析等相关专业。持有工业废水处理工证、危险化学品操作证优先 2年以上甲级设计院或国际咨询工程公司以上工作经验优先 3. Proficient in use MS-OFFICE series software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CAD etc.) 熟练使用办公自动化相关软件（如Word，Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CAD等） 4. Familiar with the domestic/oversea related standard and specifications 熟悉国内/外相关法规和标准 5. Have good Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 良好的中英文听、说、读、写能力 6. Possess good professional ethics and personal qualities, work conscientiously and responsibly, work hard, team spirit, strong communication and coordination skills. 具有良好的职业道德和个人素质，工作认真负责，工作努力，有团队精神，沟通协调能力强
