职位介绍: Job Content - Act as day to day contact point for clients ranging from underwriting to claims issues for hotel and retail business - Maintain regular contact with clients including associated travel where necessary - Prepare underwriting documentation and negotiate terms with the market - Develop and maintain relationships with key insurance carriers and Network Offices - Assist in any fee negotiations and/or agreeing commission levels with insurers - Ensure orderly client filing Job Family - Client Relationship- To generate income for the Group by working directly for and with external clients. - Technical/Professional- To add value to the business by applying their professional knowledge and expertise. - Business Support- To provide back-up and support to colleagues and mangers in order to allow others to concentrate on the focus of their role and the profitability of the business. Key Capabilities - Strong communication and presentation skills - A good team player, with innovative thinking and problem solving skills - Client-oriented, with flexibility and problem solving skills - Can independently work under pressures Education and/or Experience - University graduate - Fluent in both spoken and written English - At least three years working experience in P&C insurance industry Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Basic Knowledge in all types of general insurance products and placements - Skilled in Office, especially Excel and Word - Good at dealing with client relationship - Understanding of local regulatory requirements as well as non-life insurance market practices
