职位介绍: JOB SUMMARY 职位概述 Directs the Maintenance department engaged in maintenance strategy, reliability, repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, and utility systems, industrial plant to assure cost effective, timely provision of maintenance services and maximum, safe up-time operation of the facility. Use and manage of Site CMMS system for spare part and consumables inventory management. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责 1.Establishes targets in areas such as equipment reliability and service standards and monitors the performance of all maintenance activities against these goals. Monitors time lost due to equipment malfunctions; identifies, researches, and prepares recommendations on significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology. 2.Liaises with management in other areas (for example Production) to develop and implement maintenance strategies that will align with the organization's current and future business plans and targets. 3.Responsible for maintaining critical and other spare inventory levels to ensure minimal production and facility downtime. Responsible for associated budgets for maintenance, spares, utilities, and facilities. 4.Negotiates supplier and vendor contracts (for example installing new production lines) to secure terms that are in the organization's best interest. 5.Per critical equipment and maintenance strategy to implement all preventative maintenance programs, equipment procedures and safe work practices for the maintenance department. 6.Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of supervisors and other professionals to ensure that maintenance activities meet established targets and standards. 7.Embeds a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring all teams continually strive to improve performance, standards & processes driving efficiencies. Identifies & implements best practice principles. 8.Builds up structural framework & KPI for maintenance & cost efficiency, i.e. Risk based maintenance, wrench time management, kitting, first line maintenance. 9.Responsible for asset reliability, plant turnaround and asset integrity management to support long term cost competitive product delivered. QUALIFICATIONS任职要求 1.Demonstrated experience in effective leadership, with ability to coach, develop and engage individuals and teams. Instill a culture of accountability and effective leadership of change. 2.Needs the ability to influence through applying technical knowledge or rational arguments, in order to cause action or acceptance by others. 3.Ability to read and comprehend basic electrical and mechanical drawings. 4.Very good communication skills required to manage and motivate a team.
