- Role & Responsibilities ·Support the delivery of Zedmobile project ·Performs analysis and diagnosis of wireless networking problems. ·Performs Commissioning and troubleshooting of wireless networks include 2G 4G 5G. ·Performs Operation and maintenance of the wireless network ·Performs Optimize the wireless network Service and devliver Engineering(RAN) role ·Conduct Network Assessment, develop remediation plans. ·Generates standard project documentation including Customer Requirements Documents, detailed test plan for networks. ·Plans and executes Network maintenance and Network optimization activity. ·Develop Network Improvement Plans Reactive Service & Support: ·Troubleshoots and resolves customer network problems across a broad range of technologies. Technical Skills Familiar with network optimization, with experience in GSM/LTE/NR systems. Participated in at least 1-3 wireless network optimization projects, and possess the ability to perform equipment daily maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency handling, and network optimization. Responsible for KPI analysis in the wireless network; Independently carry out drive tests, problem analysis and troubleshooting; Accountable to project managers and clients; Responsible for establishing requirements for network optimization support means and formulating rules, as well as coordinating optimization work across different networks; Typically requires Bachelor of Science,Computer Science, or University degree equivalent. ·Plus 3 years’ experience in network service engineering or telecommunications support environment; ·Plus Good computer skill including the usage of Unix or Linux; ·Plus good English skill(Writing/speaking)
