- 作为制造部经理，该职位将全面负责公司制造部门，包括木工车间及金属车间的日常运营及发展，完成制造生产的业务任务，质量，工艺流程, 精益生产及成本，来完成公司的战略及目标。 As Manufacturing Manager, this role is to manage the effective operations of the Manufacturing department of Wood workshop and Metal workshop make sure all products delivery on time and ensure the achievement of all manufacturing related KPIs(e.g. quality, process, lean and cost) and to support defined strategy and targets of company。 主要职责/ Main Responsibilities: 1. 根据客户的要求，有效地管理木工车间与金属车间 每日/每周/每月的生产目标，满足质量和交货要求，尽可能降低成本，并确保始终保持所需的工作方式 Effectively and efficiently manage the production of Wood Workshop and Metal Workshop the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are always maintained. 2. 负责制造部（木工车间及金属车间）及相关绩效，如OTIF,劳动效率和成本，工艺流程等，满足客户要求，保持工厂有序、高效的运行。 Responsible for Manufacturing relevant financial performance, e.g. OTIF (on time in full ), Labor efficiency & cost,, process scrap, etc. meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities 3. 建立所有产线（木工车间与金属车间）的SOP，维护看板及基于工时数据分析的流程改善 Set up production SOP on all lines and maintain Kanban and process improvements based on data analysis on working hours. 4. 推动持续改进计划，有效利用设备、人力和材料，以高效、灵活的方式实现生产目标 To drive continuous improvement programs and implement improvements for effective use of equipment, manpower and material to achieve manufacturing targets in the most efficient but agile ways. 5. 管理、指导和发展一支高绩效和执行力的制造团队，以达到既定目标，并提供实践结果，增加价值和持续改进 Manage, coach and develop a high performing and executing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. 6. 进行可持续的培训并发展一线员工，特别是技术工的梯队建设 Undertake continuous training and development of skilled pipeline for frontline. 7. 确保与其他部门保持有效的沟通 Ensure an effective interface with other departments is maintained. 8. 努力营造和保持良性竞争的高执行环境 9. Strive to build and maintain a high execution environment with benign competition. 10. 保持安全和质量的高要求管径 Maintain high standard of safety and quality environment.
