- 职责描述: Securities Services Digital & Data is a dedicated programme focusing different Digital Transformation value streams; Data Products, Apps & Experience, Transaction Management, Connectivity, DLT & Tokenisation and Data Standards and Governence. The role holder will bridge between business, UX and engineering teams for the requirements gathering, solution definition and implementation in our core digital applications. The role need to have strong communication skills to be able to work with multiple stakeholders globally. 1.Capture and generalize requirements from Product, Operations, Clients and Account Management. 2.Demonstrate the end to end analysis on the requirement, create process models, flowcharts, and other visual representations to help stakeholders understand the current state and envision the desired future state. 3.Work with product managers to prioritize requirements based on business value, risk, and feasibility. 4.Communicate requirements to the UX and engineering team, ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved and validate that the proposed solution meets the business needs and expectations. 5.Coordinates and supports UAT. 6.Run show & tell to business stakeholder to ensure that the solution meets the needs of the end-users. 7.Support to plan and execute change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution. 任职要求: 1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information technology, computer science, or a related field 2. 5+ year minimum Business Analyst experience with enterprise level financial applications 3. Understanding of the Asset Management/Custody/Fund Services industries, and supporting technology and business processes 4. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data) 5. Fluent in English 6. Prior experience with Agile and User Story writing 7. Ability to draft Process Flows, and Activity Diagrams 8. Excellent multitasking ability - Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive business outcome 9. Hands-on experience in Project/Requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Visio
