- PURPOSE • Provide quality service to advisors / bankers & brokers in an efficient and effective manner. KEY ACCOUNT AIBILITIES • Handle enquiries from advisors / bankers & brokers regarding life insurance from all channels (ie hotline, email, facsimile, LiveChat. etc) • Resolve problem and complaint in timely and professional manner • Other ad hoc duties • Shift duty is required, from Monday to Saturday QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE • Matriculated or above qualification • At least 2 years work experience in financial institutions, preferably with experience in Bank or Customer Service area • Excellent Telephone manners • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities • Good organizing and planning skills KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS • PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel • Good communication and listening skills • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Individual test will be conducted by CE Manager) • Chinese word processing with 25 words per minute • Proactive and positive attitude • Flexible and able to embrace change and learning • Able to deliver on committed action 薪资福利： #月薪6-8k（面试通过后定薪）+年终奖+节日福利 #六险一金、年度体检、带薪年假 #每月2次下午茶、不定期团建、专业提升培训 工作时间： 9:00-18:00，根据香港公众假期休息 手机不能带到工位哦
