职位介绍: Brief Task Description: - Provide sound business advice and support China management team to develop business strategy and plans from financial perspective. - Develop profitability tracking by car line/model on a fully loaded basis (including fixed manufacturing burden and local fixed G&A) to better support a product/brand strategy revisit. - Work with business to identify financial risks and opportunities, stay on top of country initiatives and track development plan to close the gap and ensure achievement of the planned target. - Build up detailed knowledge base and best practice sharing on key commercial activities, including: · Incentive model revisit: Develop an incentive by program/model review scheme to better track/monitor incentive spending. · Efficient fixed marketing and DAA spending: Put associated brand growth in the context of segment growth and our marketing spending pattern to seek for efficiency improvement. - Enhance commercial support and develop long term and mid-term model development. - Review and approve purchase requests/payment requests and authorize payment release for the responsible business. - Leading/Assist transfer pricing discussion and financial issues between corporate and NSC. - Coach the team to better support the country commercial decisions. Qualification: Education & Experience - Bachelor degree or above, in Finance related major. MBA is a plus. - 15+ years of finance related experiences working in multi-national company, related experience in controllership and finance operation. - CPA and/or other international accounting qualification holder or study in progress with an expected completion date - Automotive industry background is a plus. Skills & Competence: - Solid accounting and analytical skills, strong business sense in understanding various business model and business flow to be able to provide meaningful commentary/suggestions to the senior management team. - Excellent organization and management skills to liaison with different functions and headquarters - Excellent problem-solving skills and willing to take ownership. - Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. - Good team player with cheerful and proactive attitudes. Have a “can-do” mentality, be able to deliver under pressure.
