职位介绍: Job Responsibility工作职责： Product Design Engineer will be responsible to design chassis parts which meet all the requirements of different OEMs. As part of this he/she will work very closely with other team members including CAE, forming and process. 产品设计工程师负责设计满足不同客户技术要求的底盘产品。同时与CAE/工艺团队紧密合作，优化产品设计。 Duties and Responsibilities主要职责： To process a chassis component from pre-concept to production which typically includes the following key tasks: 负责底盘结构件从概念设计直至量产的全过程，包含以下主要任务： 1. The product design engineer will be expected to travel as required to support customer and company objectives ; 产品设计工程师将按需出差，以支持客户和公司的目标； 2. Obtain and control package information from customers ; 与客户沟通获取设计边界信息； 3. Generate concept designs, identifying problems and solutions and delivering detailed designs; 生成概念设计，识别问题和解决方案，并提供具体设计； 4. Ensure component designs are production feasible, using Design for Manufacture/Assembly; 确保结构件的设计方案量产可行性，满足可制造和装配性； 5. Liaise with customers’ Engineers to achieve design requirements; 与客户工程师技术沟通，以达到设计要求； 6. Support prototype build, product testing, product design timing plans and ongoing production needs; 遵从产品设计开发时间计划，支持样件试制、产品测试和量产需求； 7. Produce 3D models to support customer requirements; 准备设计方案，满足客户技术要求； 8. Work concurrently with CAE Design Analyst to develop appropriate structural solutions to meet performance requirements 与CAE工程师共同合作，开发合适的产品结构方案以满足性能要求； 9. Arrange and lead design / feasibility reviews and ensure all released designs have formal manufacturing feasibility approval; 安排和主导设计评审，确保所有发布的设计方案都满足制造可行性和性能要求； 10. Produce 2D drawings for prototype/production use with GD&T; 制作用于样件制造或量产的2D 尺寸公差图纸； 11. Continuously support chassis technical database maintenance and benchmark; 持续支持底盘技术方面的数据库整理及对标； 12. Cooperate with global R&D Center on development projects; 支持全球其它研发中心的合作开发； 13. Support DFMEA, VA/VE and GD&T team reviews; 支持DFMEA、VA/VE和GD&T团队评审； 14. Ensure departmental project compliance with ISO/TS16949; 确保部门项目符合ISO/TS16949； 15. Identify any training requirements follow up. 识别任何培训要求并跟进。 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育和经验： 1. Bachelor degree with major in engineering. Master will be preferred; 机械工程相关专业本科，硕士优先； 2. Over 3 years’ experience automotive structure parts design (preferably in chassis components); 3年以上汽车结构件设计经验（底盘零部件经验优先）； 3. Experience of steel stamping parts design with Catia V5; 有使用CatiaV5设计钢制冲压件的经验； 4. Experience of cold stamping, tooling and welding processes would be preferred; 有冷冲压、工装和焊接工艺经验者优先； 5. Experience of TeamCenter is an added plus. 具备TeamCenter的经验更优。 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES知识、技能和能力： 1. Be familiar with CatiaV5 Generative shape design and Mechanical design; 熟悉Catia V5创成式曲面或机械模块的设计经验； 2. Understanding of drafting standards and GD&T standard; 了解绘图标准以及几何尺寸和公差的标准； 3. An understanding of Aluminium casting, extrusion and welding processes would be a benefit; 了解铝合金铸造、挤压和焊接工艺者更优； 4. Knowledge of suspension system and package check with DMU would be a benefit; 了解悬架系统及周边件能进行DMU校核分析者更优； 5. The ability to generate design concepts that are fit for purpose, directionally correct and support the company’s overall objectives and strategy 具备开发满足目的的概念设计的能力，以支持公司战略目标与策略； 6. Ability to understand, interpret and act upon results from design analysis to optimize component designs; 能够理解设计仿真分析的结果并根据结果开展相应的设计优化工作； 7. Good communication skills to interact at all levels across the business including customers and suppliers; 良好的沟通能力，能够在整个业务的各个层面进行协调，包括与客户和供应商； 8. Ability to read English email & technical documents and communicate with English in conference call; 具备英文邮件与技术资料阅读以及英语电话会议交流的能力； 9. Good Knowledge of Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word; 能熟练操作Excel、PowerPoint、Word等微软办公软件； 10. Strong team-working skills, decision-making, and ability to provide direction as appropriate. 具有较强的团队合作能力、执行力，并具备相应判断力。
