职位介绍: Office Facilities and Workplace Management Manage office services and ensuring office facilities in a good condition at all the time. Communicate with business and employees to drive the facilities initiative in order to well implementation Understand business needs and requirements, pro-actively to propose the resolution in a professional way Conduct the employee satisfaction survey to work out the improvement plan and monitor the implementation and track the status Coordinate with different parties, e.g. security, IT, SHE, security and etc. to align the plan in terms of company strategy for the improvement or upgrading Manage Building Management service delivery and track the implementation. Regular meeting with BM to drive the continually improvement Vendor management: manage service providers’ performance and maintain a professional relationship. Lead the contract renewal and termination; work with procurement to strictly following through the sourcing process and ensuring PR, PO and payment placed in time. Integrated Facility Management Point of contact and escalation for onsite FM service partner. Corporate Real Estate & Space Management Office Space Data management and monitoring of capacity utilization, to provide timely trigger of capacity issues and inputs for capacity projections and forecast. quality of workplace capacity information Process management with PM, BUs, HR in providing accurate and timely source inputs; Operational monitoring of capacity utilization, to provide timely trigger of capacity issues and inputs for capacity projections and forecast. Analytical support to PM & Transaction to provide response to seat requests (ranges from small to BU growth requests). Analytical support to FM & PM in deploying Location Strategy & Workplace Standards: Workplace Solution Project management Manage project delivery and ensuring workplace design compliance with Nestle standard; Lead external PM and construction vendor and monitoring project implementation in a good manner(IAQ); Budget Plan & control (CAPEX & Operation) Operational/Project Budget management and cost control and identify the saving opportunities
