About This Team The Store Development team spearheads the company’s brick & mortar growth through finding, negotiating on, designing and building new stores. While driving store expansion across China, we are also responsible for keeping our internal stakeholders closely informed as we grow. A Day in The Life: The Store Designer is response for the design of all our retail stores in Mainland China, serving as the main point of contact for all design-related matters, both regionally and internationally, cross function work with both internal team and external stakeholders to ensure our store has been executed to well present our brand image also meets the business results. The Store Designer will practice the following tasks on a regular basis: Be able to independently handle design work for retail projects. Close collaboration with Construction Managers as well as external vendors to ensure exact design intent is followed. Timely deliver the related design drawings including layouts and renderings and present to key stakeholders in local market. Accountability for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all construction documents Speed, efficiency and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Work with design manager to develop & fine tuning the local design toolkit. Occasional travel to gain a fuller understanding of city and site surroundings. Qualifications: 3-5 years relevant work experience, Experienced in retail design Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Must Haves: Versed in design and architectural drawings. Highly motivated, detail-oriented and dependable. Strong team player as well as capability to work independently. Excellent organizational skills: the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects under variable condition. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up, MS Office, Excel
