- Major Responsibilities: Business planning and functional design of cyber security products. Work with IT teams and business team to identify functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Translate the requirements into product backlogs. Evaluate the business realizability and output draft solution. Responsible for solution analysis, and work with other IT teams, service provider and business to propose a solution that is acceptable by all parties. Responsible for system workflow chart, porotypes output. Organize and responsible for requirements assessment, and participate test case review to ensure that all business scenarios are covered. Output requirements related documents. Knowledge / Skills /Competences: Expert on cyber attack methods, security vulnerabilities, penetration testing, security attack and defense technologies Expert on requirements analysis and solution design Expert on prototypes tools, such as Axure, Modal Strong documentation skills, proficient in OFFICE, Visio, Mind Map etc. Strong skills in translation business requirements into user story and enabler for dev team implementation Responsible for user training and user guide written Experience with Agile software development, project management methodologies Preferred: Understanding of central BMW IT processes Good communication and presentation skills Preferred: CISP-PTE or CISSP certificates English capability
