- Main Accountabilities Work as the Quality interface of project launch/transfer. Perform project management for new projects of Local China; organize disqualified products review; draw up, follow up and implement corrective and preventive measures, ensure a smooth SOP. Be responsible for technology and discipline surveillance and in-process quality control. Work with the project team members from sales, production, engineering, logistics and purchasing departments, track open quality issues internal/ external. Perform the coordination and track of APQP, product and process development, PV and DV test, OTS & ISIR submission, PPAP. Handle customer complaint and return PPM reduction to improve customer satisfaction , visit customer when necessary. Coordinate the preparation of customer audit/visit at MJCN, and support other local China plnat customer audit/visit if needed. Cooperate with global plants to communicate the product lessons learnt and share with internal team, to follow horizontal implementation effectiveness Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Education/Major: Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering. Experiences: More than 3 years experience in enterprise quality management, experience in automotive industry will be a plus.. • Familiar or trained APQP method and quality management tools is preferred; and also with AITF 16949 and VDA6.3 knowledge is also welcomed 熟悉或接受过APQP方法，五大质量管理工具培训者，拥有AITF16949和VDA6.3知识的优先考虑； • Familiar with MSA,APQP,FMEA,SPC,PPAP,quality method 熟悉汽车行业五大工具，测量系统分析(MSA),产品质量先期策划(APQP),潜在失效模式与后果分析(FMEA),统计过程控制(SPC)和生产件批准(PPAP),8D报告鱼骨图5Y分析法等 Certificates: Knowledge & Skills: Strong ability of inter-personal, communication, influence, planning and execution. Strong ability of organization, coordination, has team-work spirit, able to work under pressure. Be familiar with quality system requirement (TS16949、ISO9001、VDA6.1、QI). Be familiar with five quality tools (APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA) and customer’s requirement. Foreign language: Strong ability of English reading and writing. Computer ability: Good at MS Office software.
