- I. Position Summary The position is responsible to review the TE reports and application document of Transaction certificates, support internal and external audits, creating internal procedure within TE team and other assignments related with TE program in TÜV SÜD. II. Job Responsibilities 1. Performing technical review for TE reports, such as GRS and RCS reports. (30%) 2. Reviewing the application documents of transaction certificates. (30%) 3. Develop and maintain the procedure and tools of TE program including the related process manual, audit tools (10%) 4. Be responsible to reply the daily technical inquiries from clients and colleagues. (10%) 5. Support internal audit and external audit of TE program. (5%) 6. Responsible for new auditor qualification application and maintain the qualification of auditors with CRT China; (5%) 7. Continuously work with IT (fixing bugs, function improvement, data update, etc.) for smooth e-system running. Ready to coordinate and adapt to any new e-system launch if required. (5%) 8. Finish other tasked assigned by your reporting manager. (5%) III. Job Requirements 1. University graduate. 2. Major in industries Textile /Chemical Engineering / Environmental Protection Engineering or related field is preferred. 3. Experience in TE program, such as GRS/RCS is preferred. 4. Fluent in written and oral English and Mandarin. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Able to work independently and handle multi-task under pressure. 7. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work.
