- Job Duties: 1.Program Management: Oversee key enabling programs for overseas customers, ensuring design-win qualifications and steering programs towards successful production. 2.Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary channel for technical communication between customers and Longsys R&D, spearheading regular technical meetings to discuss advancements and challenges. 3.Pre-sales Support: Actively promote Longsys products and technology solutions to the international market, focusing on OEM clients, to drive product adoption and integration. 4.Strategic Planning: In collaboration with BU Product Managers, craft and update the technology roadmap, ensuring it is in sync with the needs of key clients and partners. 5.Marketing Collaboration: Support marketing initiatives by contributing to the review and enhancement of technical documentation, such as datasheets and product catalogs. 6.Training and Support: Empower local Field Application Engineers (FAEs) by providing them with comprehensive training and secondary support, and facilitate collaboration across Business Units, Application Engineering, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Quality Engineering departments. 7.Diagnostic Expertise: Partner with BU FAEs to conduct failure analyses, and when necessary, offer on-site hands-on diagnostic services to resolve customer issues promptly Requirements: 1.Bachelor/Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2.At least 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or related roles. 3.Strong technical knowledge of storage and memory products is essential. 4.Specific expertise in embedded memory/storage solutions such as DDR, eMMC, UFS, NAND, and SSD/DIMM products for both client and enterprise levels. 5.Demonstrated ownership and a driven mindset to steer programs towards success. 6.Proven experience in managing and communicating with cross-functional teams. 7.Excellent communication skills to manage both external and internal relations effectively. 8.Willingness and ability to travel overseas and undertake short-term expatriate assignments. 9.Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
