职位介绍: Job Description Sales supervisor/AM (focus on acquiring oversea new business) 销售主管/客户经理（主要负责外销客户开发） Reporting directly to: Sales Director 汇报对象：销售总监 Location:昆山地点：Kunshan Jiangsu 薪资范围：依候选人情况确定 Major Duties & Responsibilities 主要工作职责 • Responsible for maintain and grow our business in oversea; the products include make up and skin care plastic packaging. 负责外销客户的维护和开拓，主要产品类别有彩妆和护肤类注塑包装容器。 • Develop new customers and new business from both existing customers and new customers; 开发新客户和现有客户的新项目 • Develop and build solid relationships with new key accounts and existing accounts。与现有和新客户建立良好的关系 • Work closely with our company’s Production, R&D, QA department in providing technical advises and supports to the customers. 与公司生产，研发，质量团队紧密合作，为客户提供技术建议及工艺解决方案 • Collect market and competitors’ info and propose the Sales plan and strategy; 收集市场和竞争对手信息，提出销售计划和策略 • Regular to promote company new trend and products to clients. 定期向客人推荐新工艺和新产品 • Timely compliance with internal reporting requirements (annual sales plan forecasting, monthly reports etc.); participation in working groups or sales meetings as requested 遵守内部报告要求按时参与工作小组或销售会议要求(年度销售计划，预测、月度报告，周报等)。 Qualifications: • Strong in sales technique communication skill, with good analytical skills and solid problem-solving, good customer service concepts and team player, active to achieve sales target 强劲的销售技巧和沟通能力，具有良好的分析能力和较强的问题解决能力，良好的客户服务理念和团队协作精神，积极达成销售目标 • Fluent (written and spoken) in Chinese Mandarin and English，a University Degree above 专科或以上学历，需具备良好的汉语和英语口语写作能力 • About 5 years Sales & Marketing experience, preferred cosmetic packaging industry background; 至少3年以上销售和市场经验，化妆品包装行业背景优先 • Initiative, result-oriented and proactive personality 倡议以结果为导向积极主动的个性。 • Ability to work under pressure 能适应高压的工作 • Hands-on, self-motivated and able to work independently 自我激励和并能独立完成工作 • Willing to travel abroad (at least 1~3 times per year) 能适应国外出差(正常情况下一年1-3次)
