职位介绍: Formation and aging equipment manager Responsibilities:  Develop and implement working procedures for equipment in formation operations (FO) and subsequent processes.  Collaborate with FO team leads to continuously improve processes based on feedback from the production floor.  Serve as the main point of contact with manufacturers for new equipment orders, improvements, or refurbishments of FO equipment in the Mini Pilot and future expansions.  Assist maintenance and technical teams with communication with manufacturers in the FO area.  Support the R&D/testing team during work order and recipe creation, ensuring alignment with the realistic capabilities of FO machinery in production.  Lead the selection and purchasing process of FO equipment for expansion stages of company production.  Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.  Contact potential suppliers and develop detailed technical specifications and RFQ packages.  Manage the selection process, compare received offers, negotiate prices, and create contracts.  Provide remote and on-site assistance during FAT and SAT processes.  Train operators and team leads in the FO area. Requirements:  Graduated faculty, VII electrical directions.  Proven experience in equipment management and process engineering, particularly in formation operations (FO).  Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.  Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with team leads, maintenance teams, and external manufacturers. { 欧洲锂电公司，base在塞尔维亚，提供工作邀请函+工作签+完整的税务和保险+假期+食宿及员工福利。要求同行业相关经验和英语能工作沟通。}
