- Position: Manager III/Senior Manager Department：Quality Management & Compliance (QM&C) Location: Shanghai Office Type of employment: Full-time Report to: China Executive and QM&C Partner Mazars China is part of the Mazars Group and specializes in audit, accounting, tax, and financial advisory services. Within Mainland China, we have over 30 offices and over 4,000 staff. We are currently looking for an experienced manager to control the quality and risk of Mazars. Job Responsibility & Accountability: Establish and conduct the quality control systems, procedures, in-process quality control standards, inspection methodologies and continual improvement Provide professional services and supervisions to assure quality implementations Manage and optimize internal and external quality resources for high agility, good performance and cost saving Coach and supervise all quality relevant activities and coordinate the teams to ensure report and processes are compliant within a stringent quality system Ensure risk assessments are conducted and appropriate mitigation actions are in place Design and deliver quality functionality training and development programs, as well as employee training and development Build good operational coordination with global quality teams, internal quality groups and clients Prepare and deliver technical opinions for partners and clients Perform other duties and projects as assigned Job Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree with Accounting or Audit related major At least 8 years’ experience in international audit firms and has experience in auditing listed companies At least 4 years working experience in area of quality control function CICPA qualification is a must Good communication and problem solving skills Strong data analysis and reporting skills Able to work with different cross function units Open minded, diligent, patient and great attitude in high pressure situations Native Chinese speaker, excellent spoken and written English with strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
