Being a compelling Communicator, communicating in a focused, passionate and compelling way that holds audiences’ attention and ensure understanding. Responsibility including: The role is sales and business development role, and responsible for sales and develop PLM Products with our account sales and partners sales team across CHINA. Demonstrate and focused on PLM Products value, disciplines and/or industry segment engagements within existing or new accounts. Carry quota, while collaborate with account sales and partners sales to identify, plan and execute sales opportunities. Generate growth in priority areas according to Sales Initiatives defined by the Brand and Industries. Generate and develop appropriate pipeline, while work with partners to develop sales initiatives, and identifying needs from our customers and business objectives. Work closely with our direct (Value Up) team in CHINA to share ideas, enable, define and execute new business development activities. Define the Go-To-Market plans on the specialization and diversification of our offerings and initiatives. Assist Partners in their sales activities such as sales blitzes, customer visits or account roadmap. Key Success Factors: Education Level :Bachelor’s Degree or above Level of Experience :5 years or above Level of English :Fluent Background :PDM/PLM Sales or Consultant experience is the best. (1) MUST have With at least 5 year experience in core industries (Automobile, High Tech, Industrial Equipment) working on/for Sales or Tech Sales to develop opportunity. With a wide range of PDM/PLM. Well know at least one of the following vendor, PTC/Windchill, 3DXPERIENCES/ENOVIA, SIEMENS/Teamcenter. Capable to win sales project as Value Engagement. Dynamic and passionate, capable of taking exciting growth challenges. An optimistic character is necessary to take this challenging job. Capability and aspiration to learn and master the new knowledge. Fluent and skilled in public presentation and communication. (2) Nice to have Knowledge of IPD, APQP, CMMI, SCRUM R&D methodology. Certifications from PMP or the Object Management Group. CAD/CAE/CAM related experience.
