- To sustain brand global success, and especially carry out the local R&D activities smoothly. The team is target to coordinate the overall project management process at Beijing . Your task is to track all the activities on the whole vehicle level together with the parts responsible in Germany as well as in Beijing. Your diverse tasks and responsibilities include the following: Tracking all the activities and milestones from different department, to make sure the development and production process is operated consistently with the project timeline. Track open tasks and inform about decisions / open topics, creation of overviews and reports into all kind of meetings. Collect, Analysis and solve all the information/questions from all the communities that influenced to the project operation and timeline. Project management for the whole project time of each carline, from beginning with the conceptual phases up to the SOP, for model year and MOPF change, and even further into production time. Report to management about the progress for each project regularly and escalation for serious problem. Familiar with all the necessary knowledge during vehicle development and production period, able to discuss possible solutions with the engineer and experts from all the functions. Other additional work for team task. Qualification Request: Familiar with vehicle design and production process. At least 5 years’ experience of project management at automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player. Good time management and multi-tasking skills, able to make decision under pressure. Education: Bachelor, master would be a plus. Working experience: Project management of automotive industry or related experience. Language: English: excellent in talk and write, as working language. Mandarin: Must.
