- 职责描述： - Drives and supports all Lean activities in the defined area of responsibility. Drives the company-level VSM program by using PDCA cycle. 在所定义的职责范围内推动所有的精益活动并提供支持，应用PDCA循环推动公司级的VSM项目 计划。 - Analyzes difficult processes / themes / disruptions, identifies weak points, develops solutions, controls and supports implementation of defined measures. 分析各种难以令人满意的过程/主题/中断，识别弱点，制定解决方案，对所定义措施的实施进行控制并提供支持。 -Evaluates effectiveness and/or costs/benefits of the VSM/CIP projects. 评估各个VSM/CIP项目的有效性和/或成本/效益。 -Defines comprehensive standards, description of methods and development of documentation. 定义全面广泛的标准、方法描述和文件编制。 -Assists in the development and implementation of the production road map for 3-5 years. 协助制定和实施3-5年的生产路线图。 - Deploys and trains subject and method knowledge, and conducts and informs about best practice sharing. 对各种主题和方法的知识进行部署和培训，进行最佳实践分享并予以通告。 - Participates in work groups / projects, and facilitates meetings, workshops and coaching from change processes and activities. 参与各种工作组/项目，为各种变革过程和活动的会议、研讨会和教导提供帮助。 - Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成领导交办的其它任务。 职位要求： - Bachelor's degree, major in IE, technics, management and/or economics. - 3~5 years experience in IE, Lean, management and/or production function areas - With Green belt certification - CET-4 or above, fluent oral and written English - Good coordination and cooperation ability.
