职位介绍: Position: BMS Software Engineer 岗位: 电池管理系统软件工程师 The candidate of this job position takes responsible for : 1. BMS function requirements fulfillment evaluation. 提出BMS功能需求及各项验收标准，对比供应商方案，验证其是否满足设计要求。 2. Diagnose function implementation status review. 诊断功能的开发部署状态的检查监督 3. Develop BMS test plans and test items, and corresponding HIL test-bench requirements. 开发编写BMS测试计划及测试项，并同步设计HIL集成验证测试台架的技术需求。 4. Supporting function integration and trouble shooting. 支持系统功能集成开发及问题溯源 5. SW version and change management and documentation. 软件版本管理、变更管理、开发文档编写及管理。 6. Support the BMS SW development process build up and optimization. 支持BMS软件开发业务流程的建立和持续完善！ Qualification Requirements / 任职要求： - At Least Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Electrical & Electronic engineering, Automatic Control，Mechatronic or other related engineering major , Msc preferred; 本科以上学历，电力电子工程,电气自动化控制,机电一体化或者其它相关的工程专业,更倾向硕士学历； - At least 3 year’s experience of NEV Battery BMS, Power Electronic Unit Function & Software development and validations , experience with at least one of following software design experience preferred: BMS, DCDC Converter, OBC or Inverter; 至少3年以上新能源汽车动力电池BMS，功率电子单元的功能和软件开发&验证的经验，有以下至少一种软件开发经验者优先：BMS，DCDC转换器，OBC或逆变器。 - Knowledge and Experience on software development based on AutoSAR; 熟悉基于AUTOSAR的软件开发，在该领域拥有开发经验； - Experience on the vehicle-application software integration or function integration preferred;  有车规软件集成经验或者功能集成经验的优先； - Be able to read EE system and hardware schematic diagram 可以读懂系统和硬件原理图。 - Master the Function Architecture and Software Structure development tools, .e.g EA/Rhapsody, Matlab/Simulink, Davinci Developer, Microsoft Visio, etc.； 掌握功能架构和软件结构开发工具，如EA/Rhapsody, Matlab/Simulink, Davinci Developer, Microsoft Visio等. - Master the Calibration and Validation tools , e.g. INCA, CANoe, CANalyzer, PCAN ,etc.; 掌握标定和验证工具，比如INCA, CANoe，CANalyzer, PCAN等。 - Know-how and experience on the common BUS communication protocols, e.g. SPI, CAN, LIN and UART, etc.; 掌握常用的总线协议，比如SPI，CAN，LIN 和 UART通信原理； - Master the development and debugging tools, e.g. Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, etc.; 熟悉掌握万用表，示波器，逻辑分析仪等开发调试工具的使用; - Know-how on detailed function and software development process and toolchains, be able to define and audit the outputs from the external software partner ; 熟悉具体的功能和软件开发流程和工程工具，可以定义以及审核来自于外部软件合作伙伴的的输出物； - Know-how and experience on software development based on ASPICE preferred; 掌握ASPICE软件开发流程，有基于ASPICE要求的软件开发者优先； - Know-how and experience on ISO26262 function safety preferred; 掌握ISO26262功能安全软件开发要求，有基于ISO26262功能安全要求的软件开发者优先； - Be positive towards the work and tasks, must show the high responsibilities of his/her works, own the strong communication and coordination competence; 对待工作积极乐观，具备高度的责任心，沟通协调能力强； - Good enough English competence in oral and in writing, business English and Chinese (Mandarin) required for daily work, German competence is highly preferred. 足够优秀的英语口语和读写能力，对日常工作有商务英语和汉语（普通话）的要求，德语能力更受青睐。 Wuhan Husters Technology Co., Ltd. 武汉市哈斯特斯科技有限责任公司 Started since 2013, Husters is an evolving tech. company with unique values for our society .
