职位介绍: Quality Engineer (Home Appliances) 工作描述 Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: • Understand and discuss customers' quality requirements and associated control plans. • Effectively communicate and convey these requirements to our commercial teams and suppliers. • Review product conformity files to ensure they meet current requirements and standards. • Scrutinize and rectify artwork to ensure compliance and alignment with product specifications. • Implement and closely monitor the execution of required control plans. • Proactively identify potential problems and risks, and present quality assurance plans and solutions to customers, balancing risk and cost considerations. Recommend and oversee corrective and preventive actions. Troubleshooting: • Identify potential issues at the early stages of projects to preemptively address them. • Detect and address non-conformities based on inspection and testing reports provided by third-party entities. • Provide technical solutions to rectify non-conformities, aligning them with partner's requirements. Communication: • Engage in effective communication with overseas partners to define appropriate courses of action for specific projects and issues. • Collaborate with third-party laboratories and inspection companies to implement and oversee TCF (Test, Control, and Follow-up), testing, and inspection services. • Maintain open lines of communication with suppliers to address client complaints and troubleshoot problems efficiently. 资历要求 Qualifications: • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. • At least 4 years of relevant experience in the laboratory, manufacturing industry, or buying office. • Strong knowledge in Electrical and Electronics is essential; familiarity with wireless technology is a plus. • Excellent command of written and spoken English. • Exceptional communication and coordination abilities with vendors and overseas customers. • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
