职位介绍: • Fluent bilingual in English and Mandarin, both oral and written; German language is a plus. • Intercultural Fit / Experience to work with State owned Enterprises as well as in Multi -National Companies. • Corporate Law PRC and regulatory knowledge PRC. • Persuading and Influencing • Presenting and Communicating Information • Adapting and Responding to Change • Coping with Pressures and Setbacks • Analyzing and Interpreting: Reporting, Analyzing, Applying Expertise • Creating and Conceptualizing, Organizing and Executing • At least 3 years’ experience in legal environment as attorney in practice or in-house lawyer in ICT environment • Preferably within a comparably high paced, complex IT environment or other suitable industries. • Multinational and matrix organizational experience preferred. • Knowledge of commercial law/contractual law/Telecommunication / Computing Services. • Knowledge of drafting, vetting and negotiating contracts • Knowledge of litigation, HR law, corporate; compliance management, risk management and PRC Law legislation • Good and practical risk management and mitigation mindset and ability. • Relevant law degree: Bachelor of Law, Master of Law preferred. • Business mindset, result oriented, good team player and business enabler. Education background: • Relevant law degree: Bachelor of Law, Master of Law preferred.
