Position Purpose (Overview of the position) Blue SUV Senior Brand Strategy Manager is responsible to drive the development and execution of product marketing, product/brand strategy, marketing plans to build the product/brand awareness, desirability and convert consumer engagement & sales in long-run vision. This role requires to collect and develop market needs, product line-up and pricing strategy, communication strategy, campaign strategy to increase sales leads and traffic. Product and Marketing business capability is essential.  Key Roles and Responsibilities  • Identify and implement Blue Product/Brand/Marketing strategies based on industry analysis, consumer/shopper insights, competitors’ trends and market opportunities. • Interface with MarComms agencies, developing brand annual calendar and wisely use available resource to achieve business targets, including but not limited in brand sales, pillar/category performance, retail excellence, campaign delivery, consumer acquisition, consumer retention (CRM), brand awareness improvement. To liaise with Sales team and cross-functions to make sure timely new launches/sustainment (G-T-M plan) in China. • Achieve business results through executional excellence and partners with cross functional teams to ensure MKT activities are executed according to strategy and are supported by investments in advertising, digital/social and promotions. • Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans. • Lead launch pricing and volume development. • Support Retail and quarterly FMVM allocation.High sense of identifying potential synergize opportunity with Prime Brand and Central Marketing. Candidate Specification Bachelor degree or above. More than 10 years in China Auto Consumer Marketing, ATL+BTL and Digital, Product Marketing. Experiences in Brand and product communication is a MUST. New energy vehicle industry experience is preferred. Project Management: Ability to inspire and lead team, hold them accountable to deliver project deliverables Strong communication, and good at coordinating and mobilizing the internal and external resources. Fluent Mandarin & English capability. Knowledge of Communications and Market Analysis as well as product understanding. Strategic thinking and sense. Enthusiasm to car industry. High energy, self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision. Ability to work within a diverse environment. Fast learner with ability to understand complex issue and work under pressure.
