- 岗位职责： 1、负责慢病毒LV下游工艺小试工艺开发以及工艺转移，具体包括澄清过滤，超滤浓缩，阴离子捕获，多模式精纯，除菌过滤等。Responsible for lentivirus downstream process development and process transfer, including clarification filtration, ultrafiltration concentration, anion capture, multi-mode purity, sterilization and filtration, etc. 2、参与工艺开发平台的建设，负责下游工艺开发方案的制定与实施，撰写实验记录和总结报告。Participate in the construction of the development platform, responsible for the formulation and implementation of downstream process development plans, write experimental records and summary reports. 3、参与LV上游工艺开发及优化实验。Participate in development and optimization experiment of LV upstream process. 4、负责按照规范进行实验数据的记录整理和提交归档，撰写技术报告。Responsible for recording and filing experimental data in accordance with specifications, and writing technical reports. 任职资格： 1、生物技术或生物工程等相关专业本科。Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology or Bioengineering or related field. 2、本科3年以上基因细胞治疗或抗体制药企业下游纯化工艺开发经验。3+ years of experience of downstream purification process in gene therapy or antibody pharmaceutical. 3、熟练掌握下游工艺，包括精纯，浓缩换液以及相关工艺参数的优化。Proficient in downstream processes, including purity, concentration and liquid change, and optimization of related process parameters. 4、责任心强，工作积极主动，善于发现问题，分析问题和解决问题。Strong sense of responsibility, active in work, good at problems of finding, analyzing and solving. 5、具有良好的团队协作精神，积极完成上级安排的任务。Have a good team spirit, and actively complete the tasks assigned by superiors. 6、具有LV下游工艺开发经验的优先考虑。Experience in LV downstream process development is preferred.
