职位介绍
Responsibilities & Accountabilities -Deliver internal and external related training to an agreed service level -Deliver validation & verification of CER; social responsibility report audit -Work closely with management team to develop Sustainability Solution Strategies for our clients -Develop new products/services in the areas of Sustainability, Carbon Neutrality, CSR, ESG, -Green Finance and/or SDGs -Support sales on an ad hoc basis by translating technical requirement from clients into business opportunities or solutions -Explore and evaluate customers’ needs and customize the course to meet or exceed customer expectations -Collect and update Line Manager market intelligence -Lead and Manage a team to deliver the task -Provide constructive feedback about our service or offerings when needed -Develop proposals or customize trainings to meet clients’ needs -Follow training or auditing process, plans, and agenda -Complete assigned training and to deliver new training products and services -Keep learning and identify self development needs on an on-going basis Person Specification -Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years working experience in the field of Sustainability is a plus -Familiar with ISO 14064, PAS 2060/ISO 14068-1, ISO 14067, LCA, EPD, CCER and similar standards or initiatives -Sustainability related tutor, auditor or consultant is highly preferred. -Passion for sustainability and personal growth -Good facilitation skills with great business acumen -Good at making training proposals -Be comfortable in a strong service environment, with excellent interpersonal and written and general communication skills -Effectively persuade and influence others -Able to develop training courses and materials -Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular -Excellent English -Self-motivated, independent with effective execution power -Sense of urgency for goal achievement -Inspiring and influencing -Persuasive “selling” style -Strong commitment to result -Travel frequently within China
