TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Identifies and defines consumer needs for all development programs. Champions the voice of the consumer across all projects and adapts to different regions' consumer needs. • Develop, implement, execute and manage new product launches and maintain existing product lines. • Develops portfolio objectives, channel management, and distribution strategies. Work with sales team to develop and improve BISSELL portfolio store productivity, gross profit and assist in maximizing customer satisfaction. • Analyzes, tracks and measures sales and share data to identify insights to drive business performance including post launch KPls with clear action plans to improve innovation performance. • Monitors competitive strategic and tactical activities. Develops appropriate strategies for new launches. • Understand and be held accountable for business goals (including profitability). Develop and execute tactical initiatives and implement strategies to meet or exceed these goals. • Build understanding of the regional product portfolios. Including technical specifications, market conditions, and competitive benchmarking. • Own & share product knowledge & documentation. Ensure product specification sheets and other documentation are up to date and available for the commercial team. • Create & maintain product comparison tables. • Track and monitor market conditions, including competitive pricing movements and assortment portfolio, provide the report on the performance of new launches results of related sales & marketing efforts. • Setting a monthly meeting with sales, global brand team, marketing, and supply chain to deliver on product related initiatives. • Support marcom & sales teams with product related information & assets (specs, UG, carton, images product documentation etc.) and provide on-site training for in-house/distributors/agencies. • Support the product team with sell-in presentations providing competitive benchmarking and other relevant data. • Ensure the relevant accessories have the supporting information (like specs, imagery) on time and product information is available to sales. PROFILE AND CORE COMPETENCIES • Able to understand how to translate consumer insights and market needs into marketing mix development and drives the go-to-market strategy setting. • Strong analytical capabilities and curiosity. Commercial and Business Savvy, able to think conceptually and strategic, while hands-on executor. • Strong influential skills and able to rally an end2end organization. • Experience in projects ownership and driving the full product execution, co-working with cross functional, multi-cultural teams (MI, Supply, Marcom, the Commercial Triangle, Finance, Legal, etc.) • Demonstrated experience and skills in performance measurement, marketing mix Optimization. • Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter, works effectively/efficiently with min. supervision. • Strong cultural agility • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Occasional travel can be required. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: • Bachelor’s degree or above, with > 8 years of professional experience, specialized in downstream marketing capabilities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to manage relationships with diverse internal and external. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Seniority to drive projects and a business independently. • Good written and spoken Chinese and English. • Team player, independent, self-motivated, and goal oriented. SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED: • Proficient PC / MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
