We are looking for an Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to join our A&G Team in Shanghai/Beijing. This is an amazing opportunity to work on world class research solution like Web of Science, InCites, ProQuest, etc. The team consists of three people and is reporting to the Director, Segment Sales. We have a great skill set in market leadership, professional team and learning culture, as well as we would love to speak with you if you have skills in complex B2B direct selling experiences, strong communication skills and STM background. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments · At least 5 years of experience in personal target based B2B direct sales. · Experience in corporate segmentations. · Strong communication and presentation skills · Strong capability to take complex projects with comprehensive shareholders (both external and internal) · Bachelor's degree in STM (double class university) · Fluent in mandarin and English It would be great if you also had . . . · Deep understanding to information industry and research industry · Experience in corporate R&D industry. · Master's degree preferred. What will you be doing in this role? · Exploring new logos and upselling new solutions corporate segmentations · Exploring new logo in corporate segmentations · Leading the account expanding with internal shareholders · Improve customers’ delight with continuous engagement. About the Team This team in focusing on world class research solution like Web of Science, InCites, ProQuest, etc. The team consists of three people and focuses on expanding account revenue size in existing key academic accounts and corporate segmentation. Hours of Work This is a full-time job with flexible working time. We provide hybrid model with the requirements of 2-3 days working in office/visiting clients per week.
