Line Report: G.M. of China Operations 我们正在寻找一名才华横溢，注重细节的产品结构设计工程师加入我们不断壮大的团队。在这个职位上，你将负责新产品结构的设计和开发，确保功能、可制造性和成本效益。您将与跨职能团队紧密合作，包括设计、制造和采购，将产品从概念变为现实。 汇总对象：中国总经理 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 工作职责： - Analyze product concepts and specifications to develop optimal product structures. - Utilize CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA) to create detailed 3D models and assembly drawings of product structures. 3D model rendering is preferred. - Conduct structural analysis to ensure product integrity and meet mechanical requirements. - Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to optimize product structures for efficient and cost-effective production. - Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to develop and refine manufacturing processes. - Participate in prototyping activities and provide feedback on design iterations. - Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including bills of materials (BOMs) and assembly instructions. - Stay up-to-date on new materials, manufacturing techniques, and industry standards. - Identify and mitigate potential design and manufacturing risks. - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the product development process. - 分析产品概念和规格，开发优秀的产品结构。 - 运用CAD软件(如SolidWorks, CATIA)创建详细的3D模型和产品结构装配图。3D模型渲染优先。 - 进行结构分析，确保产品的完整性并满足机械要求。 - 进行可制造性设计(DFM)分析，优化产品结构，提高生产效率和成本效益。 - 与制造工程师合作开发和完善制造工艺。 - 参与原型设计活动并对设计迭代提供反馈。 - 准备和维护工程文件，包括物料清单和装配说明。 - 了解最新的材料、制造技术和行业标准。 - 识别和降低潜在的设计和制造风险。 - 在产品开发过程中参与持续改进工作。 Required Skills & Qualifications: 任职资格： - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in product structure design engineering. - Proven experience using 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA). - Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - 机械工程、产品设计或相关专业本科以上学历。 - 至少4-5年产品结构设计工程经验。 - 熟练使用3D CAD软件(如SolidWorks, CATIA) - 对机械设计原理和有限元分析有深刻理解者优先考虑。 - 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力。 - 良好的沟通和协作能力。 - 能够独立工作，并作为团队的一部分。 - 对细节的高度关注和对质量的承诺。 - 熟练使用Office办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working Hour: 工作时间： 9am~12am; 13:00pm~18pm; 5 days a week 周一至周五，9点到12点，13点到18点 需要有至少3个成功的作品或者案例从产品设计到生产销售的经验，产品种类不限，偏向五金和注塑行业。
