- Studio Engineer - SE 造型同步工程师 1、As a Studio Engineer(Technical Convergence Engineer): you will be responsible to lead the Design technical convergence process interfacing and aligning with Engineering during the Final A class stage through post A and the build of validation cars to start of production. 2、You will be the key interface between Design and engineering working closely with the both teams to find technical solutions in support of achieving and maintaining Design intent. 3、Work closely with the design team and other departments to manage issues through the forum of weekly Design Technical Convergence meetings and escalating unresolved issues to the next level 4、Responsible for liaising with the Vehicle Integration team and Manufacturing quality teams to follow and help resolve any quality issues raised on the run up to tool manufacture and on through the build of validation, tool trial and final pre SUD cars. 5、Ensure that all late technical and product changes are monitored with efficient convergence working with the Design Perfection quality team to ensure Design intent and quality is maintained. 6、Responsible for validation of technical input ensuring it is the best possible solution to maintain Design intent, prior to transfering to Design perfection and Modelling teams 7、Responsible to maintain the records following all Design change requests and to ensure changes are implemented efficiently and with full approval from all stakeholders. 8、 Other duties as required including project leadership Excellent level using Catia V5/V6 is essential. Proficiency using Icem Surf / Alias and VRED would be a distinct advantage. 9、Extensive knowledge of Exterior / interior vehicle systems and manufacturing process. 10、An extensive knowledge of relevant global vehicle legal regulations pertaining to vehicle Exterior / interiors 11、Broad knowledge of ergonomics and packaging related to interior design and engineering 12、Experience with sheet metal stamping or plastics suplier and / or a major Interior trim supplier is an advantage * Substantial manufacturing knowledge and experience of automotive production programs. 13、Good working knowledge of a major PLM system, Ennovia or TCE 14、Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills 15、Proactive and self-motivated, able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and international studio environment Language skill: 1、Fluent English with very good oral and writing skill level is essential. Experience: 1、10+ years of work experience in a Design studio liaison to engineering role. A background with A class and or quality experience would be a distinct advantage.
