Job Responsibilities 职责描述 1.理解和实施公司营销策略;协助销售总监机动调整团队人员所支持区域&工作,并直接参与项目支持工作;收集、分析用户需求和市场需求,为用户提供最佳方案选择:售中各个流程沟通协调:售后客户满意度调查。e Understand and implement sales strategies of the company. Assist Sales Director to adjust personnel support area & project, and directly participate in project support work. Collecting and analyzing customer requirements and market demands to provide optimal solutions to customers; coordinate in different stages of sales negotiation; conduct customer satisfaction surveys. 2.配合销售团队一起拜访客户,进行业务、技术实现等方面的交流,以客户的真实需求为导向,引领客户进行价值投资。 Visit customers with sales team; conduct business and technical communications to guide customers to project investment based on their actual needs. 3.确保销售人员、代理商熟悉产品性能&配置;组织和实施面向客户的产品演示,技术交流会,技术讲座等活动。 Ensure sales staff and agents are familiar with product performance & configuration. Prepare and perform product presentations to customers; participate in technical exchange meetings and technical seminars and other similar activities. 4.跟踪和学习最新行业技术动态,及时了解新技术,新业务,新设备,在技术上对相关人员进行指导。 Follow up and collect the latest technical trends in the industry; get to know timely new technologies, new businesses, new devices and provide technical guidance to relevant personnel. 5. 组织收集市场同类产品的功能、性能配置信息,分析比较本公司产品的优缺点。 Collect information about the functionality and performance of same type of products on the market and compare with our products to find the advantages and disadvantages. 6、根据技术部发布的设备产品技术参数,及时维护更新产品样本、产品工具包;更新后的资料及时做好销售宜贯工作。 Maintain and update product samples and product kits according to the technical parameters of equipment products released by the engineering department, updated information timely sales promotion and implementation work. 7、协助销售人员定期开展设计院拜访,组织技术交流,深化产品推广。 Assist sales staff to carry out regular visits to design institutes, organize technical exchanges and deepen product promotion. 8.负责协调开展售前、售、售后技术支持包括但不限于:技术交流、方案设计、设计联络、设备验收及向客户提供持续性生产工艺流程改进建议。 Responsible for pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical support including but not limited to: technical communication, project design, technical handover, equipment acceptance, design liaison and providing continuous production process improvement To succeed 任职条件 1.     Above five years working experience in statistic and mobile crusher and screening industry. 2.     Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical major, with technical background of crusher and mining industry equipment. 3.     Can use basic office software, AutoCAD, ProE and other drawing software skill is preferred. 4.   Good English, both speak and written. 5.    Adapt to travel all around China.
