职位介绍: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Finance Head to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. He/She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, capital sourcing, and strategic financial planning. Financial Control: Establish robust financial control systems, implement internal controls and policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations to safeguard assets and provide financial stability. 财务风控：建立健全的财务控制系统，实施内部控制和政策，进行定期审计，确保准确的财务报告和遵守法规，以保护资产及财务稳定性。 2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop detailed budgets, analyze historical data, and project future financial performance, monitoring variances, optimizing resource allocation to support key business initiatives and growth objectives, and providing strategic recommendations based on accurate and reliable financial projections. 预算编制和预测：制定详细的预算，分析历史数据，预测未来的财务业绩，监测差异，优化资源分配，以支持关键业务举措和增长目标，并根据准确可靠的财务预测提供战略建议。 3. Financial Business Planning: Business Modelling, business case simulations, pricing model preparation for key strategic projects (NEV & key systems) of B-ON or its affiliated project entities (incl. JV) in the region. 战略项目BP规划：B-ON或其关联项目公司（含合资项目）在中国的战略项目（新能源整车或关键系统项目）的商业建模、商业案例模拟、定价模型编制。 4. Funding & Investment: Assist APAC President & HQ senior management in investment and fundraising through equity, debt, or venture capital to support company growth and strategic initiatives. Expand the company's financing channels, maintain good communication and cooperation with various investment and financing institutions, establish diversified investment and financing channels, and provide financing support for the development of enterprises. 战略投融资：协助亚太区总裁和全球高层投融资相关工作，通过股权、债务或风险投资来筹集资金，以支持公司增长和战略举措。拓展公司融资渠道，与各类投融资机构保持良好的沟通合作关系，建立多元化的投融资渠道，为企业发展提供融资支持； 5. Finance Operation: Provide professional supervision and support in Finance operations B-ON or its affiliated project entities (incl. JV) in the region. 日常财务运营：为B-ON及其关联项目公司（含合资公司）的日常财务运营提供指导和专业支持。 PERSONAL SPECIFICATION  BSc/BA in Finance or Auto. relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus. 财务金融或汽车工程相关专业，理学硕士/工商管理硕士优先。  Solid knowledge and experience in finance controlling & business planning in automotive industry, as well as finance operation. Global OEM experience will be plus. 丰富的汽车行业财务营运管理、项目风控和BP规划经验与能力，有国际整车企业财务管理经验优先。  Strong leadership, Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese; Smoothly cooperation with China & Global Management Team. 优秀的领导能力、中英文沟通能力；能够与中国和全球的管理团队顺畅合作.  Excellent organizing and coordination skills, communication skills, and stress resistance, good professional ethics, and accepting the high-pressure and high challenge model of start-up company. 出色的组织协调、沟通能力、抗压能力，具有良好的职业道德，接受创业公司高压高挑战的模式.  Excellent data analysis and forecasting methods. 优秀的数据分析和预测能力.
