The Finance Business Partner plays a key role in developing Finance processes, including identifying and advancing cross functional solutions, provide financial support for business analysis cycles and the sales marketing budget management. This role will manage and oversee large-scale, complex projects focusing on developing robust business solutions for sales, marketing and finance organizations. This role is both analytical and tactical in nature and will be required to conduct primary and secondary analysis and research. Key Responsibilities • Lead Finance business planning and monitoring cycle including annual budget, monthly SIOP process, rolling forecast with R&O. • Make controlling process in place for trade spending and marketing expense management, and continuously improve the ROI and find efficiency opportunities. • Closely work with business partners including sales pillar heads and marketing heads in business discussion and day to day business activities. • Bring financial reporting and analysis for China overall performance with business insights. • Assist with the preparation of ad hoc reports, financial reviews and special projects as directed by the leadership team. • Support the business evolution and future team build up. Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, MBA/CPA preferred. • 7+ years of related experience ideally in FMCG Industry. Young potential is also welcomed. • Strong analytical skills through experience working on complex transactions. • Strong knowledge of financial metrics. • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. • Strong communication skills to work with business partners, demonstrated in written and verbal report writing. • Self-starter, previous experience of working in a high performing environment. • Responsive, a strong ability in anticipating needs and delivering on commitments. • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, develop new ideas and deliver results. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. • Detail oriented and accurate. • Highly proficient in Excel
