This position is responsible for increasing MINI Brand awareness and desirability in China, aligning overall marketing planning and activities with customer intelligence and measurable specifications to constantly improve the efficiency.                                                                                          What awaits you? Adapting and implementing global strategies that resonate with China targeted group.                             Planning and steering yearly marketing initiatives including strategic media buy, product launch and campaigns, etc.                                                                      Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with corporate identify and company values.                                                          Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.                                     Establishing budgets, performance specifications and leads estimates.                                                             Measuring and monitoring on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.                                          Leading brand building projects to boost brand awareness and desirability.              Managing partners and vendors to complete deliverables with allotted timeline; valuing the culture of teamwork and innovation.                                                                    Accomplishing other relevant assignments from line manager.                                                            Qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably with marketing and/or communication subjects as majors;                       Previous experience in managing and leading teams.                                                                             Good communication skills, both verbal and written, fluent English.                                                                  Previous experience in research and brand strategies.                                                                            Highly organized and perform well under pressure.                                                                                Strong research and analytical skills.                                                                              Budget management skills.         At least 8 years brand and marketing strategies related experience in multinational companies, ideally with automotive, premium brands or performance media background.                                                        You are ready to join our fun team and ready to light your inspiration?
